Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

with Ron Cater

At the Commercial Motor Show I learned of a new business of particular interest to operators of tanker vehicles, particularly those based in the south Midlands.

Bill Williams, formerly general sales manager of both The Steel Barrel Co. Ltd. and C. F. Taylor of Wokingham, told me that his company, Chiltern Products, specialises in the fitting out, repairing, painting and refinishing of tankers.

The outfit is staffed by skilled tradesmen most of whom have spent a working lifetime either painting or building tankers, and the main aim of the company is to provide service when it is required. By that I mean that emergency jobs—pro viding operators are willing to pay economic rates—are welcomed.

The firm undertakes to repair leaks in vessels manufactured in any material and it will mount or remount pumping or compressing equipment to order. Ptos, shafts and hy,draulic drives are catered for and on the refinishing side of the business a seven-day turnround is guaranteed for a maximum-capacity vehicle. A further useful service offered is that vehicles are collected and delivered from and to customers' premises by the firm.
