J. Niblock is to be a director of Eastern Counties Omnibus Co. Ltd. in place of B. Griffiths, who resigns from the board. This is one of several changes in directorships of Tilling Bus Group Companies announced by the THC which take effect today. The others are— Eastern National Omnibus Co. Ltd., Tillings Transport (T.H.C.) Ltd.: Mr. Niblock. a director in place of Mr. Griffiths, who resigns from the board.
United Counties Omnibus Co. Ltd.: G. McKay. chairman in place of Mr. Niblock, who remains on board.
Brighton. Hove and District Omnibus Co. Ltd.: S. J. B. Skyrme, chairman in place of D. S. Deacon, who remains on board. D. W. Morison retires from board. Hants and Dorset Motor Services Ltd., Wilts and Dorset Motor Services Ltd., Venture Ltd.: Mr. Skyrme. a director in place of T. G. Pruett, who retires from board. Thames Valley Traction Co. Ltd. and Subsidiary Companies; Mr. Morison retires from board.
Southern Vectis Omnibus Co. Ltd.: Mr. Skyrme. a director in place of Mr. Morison. who retires from board. Bristol Omnibus Co. Ltd. and Subsidiary Companies: I. R. Patey retires from board. Red and White Services Ltd. and Subsidiary Companies: Mr. Patey retires from board.
United Welsh Services Ltd.: Mr. Patey retires from board.
Shamrock and Rambler Motor Coaches Ltd., Charlie's Cars (Bournemouth) Ltd.: T. W. H. Galley retires as chairman and as a director. D. S. Deacon, chairman (previously deputy chairman).
