Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

by James Millen

• Commercial vehicles took a large part in the last day of Smithfield Market's centenary celebrations on Wednesday. The big names in bulk meat carriage, such as Union Cartage, J. Packer and Sons and Turners Transport joined hands with retail delivery specialists like Market Transport Ltd., Baxter the Butchers and H. C. Maile Ltd. to give an impressive display at the heart of the biggest covered meat market in the world.

'Centenary day, I'm told, actually falls on November 24, for it was on that day in 1S6 that the two markets forming the Grand Avenue were opened by the Corporation of London.
