They will be operated in conjunction with semi-trailers built by A.E.C. Vehicles (S.A.) Ltd.

£200,000 ORDER FOR BRITISH DIESELS: Finland's largest bus and lorry manufacturers, Oy Suomen Autoteoliisuus A.B., has ordered 260 automotive diesel engines and 200 gearboxes from the Special Products Division of the Leyland Motor Corporation. Of the diesel engines, 200 will be 140 h.p 0.600 units. 50 will be 200 h.p. 0.680 models and the remaining 10 will be 125 h.p. 0.400 models. The order for gearboxes specifies the Albion G.B. 241 model, a five-speed gearbox incorporating a sixth-speed overdrive ratio.
