Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW depot opened by the Western Welsh Omnibus Co. Cl Ltd. in the new town of Cwmbran, Monmouthshire, is an important addition to the master plan for this area. designated under the New Towns Act, 1946. Cwmbran now becomes the administrative control centre for the company's Eastern area, formerly at Pontnewynydd.

Basically the depot consists of a two-storey office block backing on to and running the full length of the depot building, a workshop area with four pits and body repair bay, garage and fuel and washing bay, and open parkivg area. An attractive inquiry office on the ground floor is adjacent to the main entrance.

The workshops contain four swimming-bath type pits with a sunken working area, and a body-building bay. A portable low-pitch steel-frame structure with 100 ft. span is employed for the garage, and a one-way entry and exit system is used. The garage can accommodate a maximum of 38 30-ft. vehicles or 2836-ft. vehicles.

Outside the building, forming an open-ended extension to the garage is a covered fuelling bay, including a Febraut bus washing machine and a Laycock 12-ton vehicle lift for chassis cleaning. Under-floor heating is employed in both workshops and office block.
