Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• West Marcia police are appealing for witnesses after thieves stole a truck and trailer containing more than 215,000 worth of Kellogg's Frosties cereal bars from a depot in Telford.

The incident took place on 18 April between 10pm and lam the following morning at Deans Transport on the Shifnal Industrial Estate.

"The tractor is an Iveco, registration number 98C 231," says company spokesman Mohammed Choudhry, and is owned by one of our subcontractors from Ireland. It was parked outside the warehouse. The thieves broke into the store and then hitched it up to our blue Sehwarmuooer trailer laden with 36 pallets of breakfast bars. They were destined for the French market so have wrappers showing French writing," he says.

"We are offering a 21,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the offenders," he adds.

A police spokesman says that the tractive unit would be able to pull the trailer despite being a misfit, but the trailer might appear at an angle to the unit. Together they are worth around 125,000.

"The thieves would obviously have been on site for some time and we would ask anyone who heard or saw anything which might be related to this crime to contact us."
