AGROWING acceptance and appreciation of British commercial vehicles in the markets of the world was reported by Mr. L. G. T. Farmer, president, at the annual general meeting of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders last week.

Mr. Farmer, who is chairman of the Rover company, recorded that Britain was the world's leading exporter in this field last year, our bus and goods vehicle manufacturers having exported more and increased the export percentage of their output.
