THE share capital of Tyresoles, Ltd., has been bought from Henry Simon (Holdings), Ltd., by the Dunlop Rubber Co., Ltd. The Tyresoles organization, having about 40 factories in Great Britain, will continue to operate under the present management as a separate member of the Dunlop group.
The arrangement between Tyresoles and their concessionnaires will not be affected. Tyresoles (Overseas), Ltd., wilt continue to be a separately owned subsidiary of Henry Simon (Holdings), Ltd.
The British part of the business has been sold because it falls outside the normal activities of the Simon group.
