VANSITTART, who is to become chairman of General Motors, the controlling company. The new managing director of Vauxhall Motors, Ltd., is MR. WALTER E. HILL, who was formerly chairman of General Motors. MR. WILLIAM SWALLOW, who was general manager of the AC-Delco division of General Motors, has been succeeded in that position by MRCHARLES FAULCONBRIDGE. and has become managing director of General Motors. The changes date from June 1.
