Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

the omnibus deviates from the said route between any two points thereon.

8.—That at all times there shall be carried on the omnibus, if the same has a separate cabin for the driver, two chemical fire extinguishers of a pattern approved by you, one of such extinguishers to be placed and kept in the Driver's Cabin and the other in a conspicuous position inside the vehicle. In the case of a vehicle not having a separate cabin for the driver, at least one Chemical Fire Extinguisher of a pattern approved by you shall be carried at all times in a conspicuous position inside the vehicle.

That there shall be carried at all times on the omnibus a sufficient First-Aid Outfit approved by you.

9.—That I/we will, before the grant of the Licence, produce to you a policy of insurance against all Third Pasty claims in respect of the said omnibus, expressed to be for an aggregate sum equivalent to not less than 1250 per head of the authorized seating capacity in respect of each accident which may occur during the currency of my/our Licence, or satisfy you that I am/we are otherwise in a position to meet such claims as may be made against me/us during the currency of the Licence.

10.—That a minimum charge of 3d. be made for any passenger picked up and set down within the County Borough of Middlesbrough, 11.—To permit persons authorized by you to enter the omnibus operated by me/u,s,‘and to inspect tickets for Fares issued to any passenger or passengers, and to set down again such authorized persons when required.

12.—No Contract-Tickets or Tickets sold at a discount to be issued available for travel between any points within the County Borough of Middlesbrough, or outside the said County Borough, available for travel between any points served by any part of the Tramways System over which the said Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses have running powers, or over the Omnibus Service operated by the said Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses or the Trackless Trolley System operated by the Tees-side Railless Traction Board, or within a distance of 440 yards of any of the said Routes,

13.—For the purposes of the above conditions the Tramways System, Omtrtbus Service and Trackless Trolley System shall mean the actual routes traversed respectively and a distance of 440 yards on either side thereof, or beyond the termini thereof.

14.—That I am/we are prepared to enter into a Bond for £250 for the due observance of the Conditions herein set out.
