Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The seventh annual parade., which will be held on Whit-Morday, will take place in Grosvenor Road, Westminster, S.W., between Lambeth Bridge and Vauxhall Bridge. Each driver will he supplied, through the engineer-in-charge of his vehicle, with the following ;— (1) Official number-card.

(2) Three complimentary tickets for the Palladium—one for himself, one for his mate (if any), and the third for his wife or a friend.

(3) Three special motor omnibus tickets from Grosvenor Road to the Palladium.

(4) A plan of parade area, showing position of each vehicle.

(5) Special firm-cards (in certain cases).

ASSEMBLY.—Drivers are to assemble with their machines before 9.30 a.m., and they must approach their stations from the Vauxhall Bridge end of Grosvenor Road, as indicated by the arrows on the plan, under the directions of the marshals. On taking up their stations, drivers must stand by their machines until informed by an official that they may leave them.

No trailers are to be hauled, as there will be no space for Chem.

PRIZES AND DISPERSAL.—All drivers must be in attendance at their machines at noon, when the distribution of the award-cards will be commenced. The drivers who have secured prizes will receive them by not later than 1, p.m., at their stations, and the parade will be officially concluded about 1 p.m.

" PALLADIUM " PERFORMANCE.—The Association has reserved accommodation for the afternoons performance at the Palladium, for the drivers and their friends holding the tickets issued by the Association. It will be necessary for drivers to make their own arrangements for dinner between 1 o'clock, on

the official termination of the parade,. and 2.30 p.m.— the time of commencement of the performance at the Palladium. Private motor omnibuses will convey drivers and their friends to the Palladium FREFe WATER.—The Association has arranged for a water tank-wagon to move along the line of vehicles, to allow steam N,elnicles to draw supplies. No driver must leave his station to obtain water ; he must look out for the wagon's approach, or send his mate to inquire.

FREE GARAGE OF VEHICLES.—Messrs. J. Bartle and Co., of Western Iron Works, Lancaster Road, London, W.. have kindly placed their garage and premises at the disposal of the Association from Saturday midday until Monday midnight. Any driver, therefore, may take his vehicle to the above depot any time after Saturday midday, and drive from there to the parade ground on Whit-Monday morning. After the parade, any driver may leave his vehicle at the above depot until Monday midnight. Those drivers who do not wish to do this may leave their vehicles on the parade ground after drawing fires or taking other necessary steps, until 6 p.m. Drivers are recommended to secure their tool-kits, coats, etc.

PROGRAMME—Drivers and their mates can obtain, from a special official, copies of the programme, contammg particulars of officials, prizes, competitors, etc., at the reduced price of Id. per copy.

OFFICIAL CARDS.—Drivers must have their official cards fixed to the front or off-side of their machines before arriving at Vauxhall Bridge Road. Drivers will be liable to disqualification if they allow any card or device, other than those issued by the C.M.U.A., to be nut upon or near their vehicles.
