Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

publication for over 40 years, I have found it to have been a great help in the running of my business. 1 have found your advice in relation to transport law to have been invaluable in its direction to steer one away from any deliberate infringement.

However, five years ago was involved in an accident. As a result, I have been made an invalid through my injuries, the other vehicle being on my section of the road.

The other vehicle was a Volvo six-wheel timber carrier. It did not have an Operator's Licence, nor did it have a full road duty licence, it was travelling under an agricultural licence.

My vehicle was in full compliance with the road traffic act, my vehicle was a write-off. The police did not call in the DTp to examine the vehicles. I was told by the police in the hospital that there was no need to call in the Dip. This I knew to be incorrect.

I have visual evidence to prove that the other driver had collaborated with the police to falsify evidence, and 1 am aware that the firm has associations with the Masons.

I must say how encouraged I was to hear that Jonathan Lawton in his comments in Focus, has nailed his flag to the mast in relation to this matter of Masons' interference in the course of justice. In my own case, I can trace them undermining democracy, and honest people have to pay for them to be able to operate their circus. Why don't they come out and tell us who they are, so that decent people can be protected from them?

Thank you Jonathan Lawton for your integrity.
