Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Scottish region of British Gas has taken delivery of four Iveco Ford vans, which are 1.2m longer, but weigh virtually the same as the other 7.5-tonners in its 1,600-strong fleet.

The 6.7m body's walls and floors are made with one-piece birch plywood panels by Finnish bodybuilder Oy Will Schauman with an aluminium frame around the edge. The Wisadeck floor is supported by aluminium cross-bearers on deep steel runners, which reinforce the chassis.

The 15mm walls are faced with glass-reinforced polyester with which the translucent roof is also made.

The boxes are fitted with 97kW (130hp) engines instead of 82kW (110hp) fitted on the company's other vans and windfoil streamlining packages. A one-tonne Ray Smith tail-lift has been bolted to the chassis. LI Dennis Eagle has fitted a rear-end Phoenix compactor to an Iveco Ford 300.30 for specialist hire company Yeovil Plant. The new vehicle will join a newly-acquired Iveco Ford 2424 in the Yeovil Plant fleet, fitted with a Mackworth tipper body.
