Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Welsh Water has replaced 23 of its six-tonne vehicles with Leyland Daf Roadrunner 6.12s.

The Roadrunners, which will operate in the South Western division, were orderd from Swansea Truck Centre. They are powered by Leyland Daf 301 5.88-litre, six-cylinder diesel engines which give 115hp.

The bodies, built by Nidum Commercials at Neath, West Glamorgan, are fitted with crew cabs, rear-end tippers and tow compressor units for spot repair and maintenance.
