• Hendrickson Norde is launching a mobile hush replacement service designed to cater for in-service on site repairs. Three mobile workshops have been put on the road with a total investment of over £30,000. Two are based at Northampton, one in Shipley, Yorkshire.
With two or three days notice a service can be arranged anywhere in the country and will be carried out at a set price. The vans carry a £5,000 70-tonne hydraulic puller which, with its special adaptors. enable the most stubborn bushes and pins to be removed. Replacing beam-end and beam-centre bushes takes one working day while a total bush change takes two. The company's standard warranties apply.
