Oldham Council's first Seddon Atkinson 3-11 six-wheeler. This swop-body system allows the vehicle to carry both a gritting body and can be used for general heavy-duty tipping. The gritting body was made by Telstar of Accrington and has been refurbished since removal from one of the council's older vehicles. Corrosion protection for both chassis and body comes from Finnegan's Waxoyl.
