Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE HERON Motor Group has given a national identity to Baileys of Westbury, its distribution and warehousing subsidiary.

It has been renamed Heron Freight and is being run by Richard Morris, a United Transport manager who turned down the managing directorship of United's recently acquired Smith and Robinson tanker business to join Heron.

The company is still being run from Baileys' West Country headquarters at present, but it is expected to be managed from London before long.

Its fleet of 250 vehicles and trailers operates from depots at Westbury, Southampton, Portsmouth, West Thurrock (Essex), Warboys (Cambridgeshire), Birmingham, Warrington and Newcastle.

It has over 93,000m2 of warehousing, sonic of it bonded.
