Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

my revered father wrote you a letter in reply to the very interesting discussion on commercial vehicle brakes reported in your issue of February 8.

It may be a fact that he started our business with a T pattern Ford, but we have advanced a little since those days. I have a modern fleet of vehicles to operate under very different conditions to those which prevailed in the mid-twenties.

We don't want any T-pattern Ford thinking under today's conditions, thank you. I think your idea of calling a conference to discuss commercial vehicle braking was to be highly commended. Now may I suggest you call another such conference on the subject of the waxing of diesel fuel before we forget the problems of the last few weeks.

The subject of waxing of dery in very cold weather was fully covered in our issue of January 25, including the views of a number of operators.E.o.]
