Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

POLYURETHANE foam faced with plastics has been introduced by Ceilon Acoustics Ltd., 50 Bland Street, Moss Side, Manchester, 16. It is known as Ceilothene and is normally 0.25 in. thick, although heavier types can be obtained.

The outer face is of leather grained I.C.1. Novon 9 and a stock range of colours including red, grey, cream, tan and black is available. Ceilothene is useful as thermal or noise insulation but can also be used to overcome condensation problems in van bodies. Because the plastics face is easily cleaned it is also useful for passenger vehicle and ambulance use.

The widths are 36 in., which costs 16s, per yard, and 48 in., which costs £1 Is. per yard.
