• Maintenance problems have led to the licence held by Edwinstowebased Hopkinson Trucking Services being reduced, from 13 vehicles and 10 trailers to 10 vehicles and trailers, by Eastern Licensing Authority Brigadier Compton Boyd.
The LA has also directed that the company's 0-licence should expire at the end of next May, instead of at the end of December 1990.
