• Christian Salvesen has bought 84 new vehicles to develop its contract hire and dry-freight distribution business. They are a mixture of Leyland Dafs, ERFs, MANs and Mercedes-Benzes, ranging from 3.5-tonners to 38-tonners, with 48 trailers, including tippers, tautliners, brick carriers, box vans and TIR tilts from Gray & Adams.
