THE NEWLY-formed London haulier Tract° has appointed Fred Barnard as area manager at its operating centre in Warley, Essex.
Mr Barnard was formerly traffic supervisor with the predecessor compatiy, CP Transport, and is responsible for the operation of the company's vehicles in London, the Home Counties, the West Country and Wales.
