Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Warwickshire County Fire Brigade has now taken delivery of the first HCB-Angus type B fire engine to be powered by a Jaguar 4.2-litre XI( petrol engine. The engine offered as a new option develops 173 bhp DIN at 4750 rpm and maximum torque is 227 lb ft at 3000 rpm.

Based on a shortened version of a Bedford TK chassis, the fire appliance is similar in other respects to other Type B vehicles having a Turner five-speed gearbox and a power take-off sandwiched between the engine and mid-mounted gearbox.

A total of 17 Jaguar-powered HCB-Angus appliances is to be delivered to Warwickshire County Fire Brigade. Other forces to order similar machines are Hampshire (11) and South-West Scotland (three).
