Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

INTERMODAL OPERATOR Freightliner has launched Logico, a new division aimed at companies running container operations. Logico uses Freightliner's rail services to provide a door-todoor service for manufacturers, importers, exporters, and thirdparty logistics companies that need to move containers to and from ports.

To enhance the new service Freightliner is renewing its road fleet with 130 new 6x2 AS-Tronic-equipped Daf CF85 tractors.

Logico general manager. Colin Watts says: "The new service operates inclepend ently of Freightliner's core activity of dedicated logistics services to shipping lines. We provide regular rail service space without the customer having to make a longterm commitment. Freightliner runs 400 return trains a week from inland terminals,to the major ports and road haulage can be provided by our brand new fleet."

Initial take-up has been good; Logico already has a variety of large logistics companies and one major road haulage operator on its customer list.
