Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

T T has been announced by PSV Operators

Ltd. that their King's Cross coach station, closed last year, will re-open next Monday at a new site in Caledonia Street. The site is being leased from Yorkway Motors, which operates a fleet of about 150 taxis, and has been used up to the present as a car park.

A new entrance and exit have been constructed this week, and it is expected that a booking office and waiting room will have been erected in time for the opening on Monday. Caledonia Street is the first turning to the right off York Road (opposite the side of King's Cross railway station) and coaches will operate through the one-way system up York Road, along Caledonia Street into the coach station, leaving the station via Caledonia Street and Caledonian Road.

The new station occupies a smaller area than the former Pentonville Road site, but it is anticipated that the area of some 8,000 sq. ft. will be adequate for the PSV members who at present pick up and set down in Midland Road, NW1, as the Ewer Group and Yelloway Motor Services Ltd. now use the Britannia Airways Terminal, Mabledon Place, WC1.

Certainly the site is favourably placed as regards passenger access, being only some two or three minutes' walk from King's Cross main line and underground stations.

Fighting the Vandals: The urban council at West Bridgford, Notts, is offering £5 awards to anyone who brings about the conviction of vandals who are damaging council property. The awards are made at the request of the passenger transport committee, which had reported cases of seat slashing.
