PREFERENCE is being given to a statutory—
as opposed to a voluntary—scheme of marking for road tank vehicles containing dangerous substances, said Miss Alice Bacon, Minister of State at the Home Office, in the Commons last week.
She added that draft regulations would shortly be submitted to the Standing Advisory Committee on Dangerous Substances.
