We regret to record the death of Walter Bryan.
Mr. Bryan, who was 81, joined the Simms Manufacturing Co. Ltd. as a trainee engineer in 1904 and became chief engineer of Simms Motor Units Ltd. before retiring in 1947. He became a director of the company in 1935 and took an active part in affairs of the Simms Corporation up to his final retirement from the board in April, 1965.
