Passenger Vehicle Operators' Association. Mr. Quin, who is 36, has been assistant secretary of the National Dairymen's Association since 1961 and previously held a similar post with the Electrical Industries' Benevolent Association. He was a transport officer during his military service and later held secretarial posts to several trade associations for a firm of chartered accountants. As announced earlier, W. A. Webb is the new assistant secretary of the PVOA.
