the whole Show have been entrusted to this well-known company, who have a well-equipped fire-station on which will be found a petrol motor fire-engine of the Hatfield type and two trailer fire-pimps designed for towing behind motor vehicles.. The smaller of these trailers is of 150-gallon capacity,and is mounted on pneumatic tyres, whilst the other will deliver 250 gallons and is carried on solids. One great benefit of these small units is that they can be manceuvred in restricted areas and on soft ground, where it would be almost impossible to take the ordinary pump. Where there is any risk of petrol fires, the new Fire Suds apparatus is invaluable, It delivers a blanket of foam which proves most effective, for it prevents the access of air and also gives off carbon-dioxide gas.
