exhibits on this stand include a very complete range of motor rollers for all purposes in various weights, from 35 cwt. to 12 tone, and in several types.
A typical example of the smaller machine of ' this class is Model A3, which weighs, when empty, 35 cwt., and in the design of which provision is made for the addition of water ballast so as to increase that weight when necessary. It has a four-cylinder Coventry-Simp)ex engine of 10 h.p. and a reversing gearbox. With its standard equipment of three wheels, it covers a width of 6, ft., which can be increased if desired by trailing other rollers behind.
Model E.S.8,. of 8 tons, typifies the larger machine. It is of the tandem type, rolling a width of 4 ft. at a time, and is fitted with an Albion four-cylinder engine, -which develops 28 h.p. when using petrol and 22 h.p. on paraffin.
