A fuel-frugal little package that has just received the mildest of makeovers, the distinctively styled three-door baby of the Citroen range boasts a competent ride and offers a more-thansufficient performance.
At just 0.84m3, cargo space is limited-payload capacity is around 300kg but rear access is impressive courtesy of the horizontally split hatch. The lower portion is a useful place to balance goods while loading.
The cab interior offers a decent amount of storage space for a vehicle of its size, and all the doors lock automatically when you are on the move in true Citroen style.
Drawbacks? While the electric power steering is a boon during low-speed manoeuvring, it becomes sloppy at speed and lacks feedback. A crisper gear change would be welcome, too.
Most owners will live with these limitations, though, given how infrequently they will have to fill up at the pumps. CO, emissions are a healthy 113g/krn.
