Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

After earlier !rials with a modified rigid chassis, Hino has now introduced a mid-range tractor unit. This comes from Japan as a purpose-designed 4x2 articulated unit kit to be assembled in Ireland.

Built only to customer order (not stock and ready bodied, as are many of the firm's rigid range), a third axle can be incorporated at additional cost to allow 44-tonne COW operation. There are already a few on UK roads, and J Harris Assemblers believes they are likely to be popular with existing tipper and mixer chassis, construction and plant hire customers. Best suited to day work, since there's only a rest cab at present, and with few of the bells and whistles found on European artic tractors, Toyoyta-controlled Nino wisely prefers playing to its strengths by providing strong, simple (no AdBlue) and basic trucks.
