Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Mitsubishi's Fuso Canter has turned into quite a success story for Daimler it is distributed through Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the UK in recent years.

Changes to the cab have helped, increasing legroom and allowing it to accommodate three people abreast without any of the occupants feeling too cramped.

Handling for the Fuso Canter is also better than it used to be, engine noise is well-suppressed and the well-put-together and quite handsome-looking little truck offers a respectable payload.

It also offers a tilt cab for easy engine access plus an exhaust brake -both unusual features on a 3,5-tonner.

Not that everything is rosy. The gear-change can be notchy, Fuso Canter has a tendency to wander on the motorway. which means that the steering needs constant correction, and fuel consumption is not its strong point.

The vehicle is robust, however, which is a key consideration for the many operators who use it as a platform for a tipper you can move over a tonne in a Canter fitted with an Ingimex Titan tipper body or a dropside.
