Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE SCOTTISH Freight Company and its two operating companies are moving this week to new offices in Falkirk.

SEC bought the two-storey building at 175 Grahams Road earlier this year, and it becomes operational on January 5. SFC has been operating from Cumbernauld, Scottish Road Services from Falkirk, and Scottish Parcel Service from Glasgow.

Managing director John Copland said of the move: "Bringing the head offices of the three companies together sees the achievement of an objective which we set ourselves, and the move will not only reduce our total overhead costs but will also improve our administrative efficiency, from which our customers will benefit."
