Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

for a wide range of applications has been developed by Rocol Ltd. Claimed to give a high degree of protection, this product. called Rocol T.F.P. Spray, is available in 12-oz. aerosol metal containers so that a thorough application is given together with a uniform film.

Rocol Thin Film Protective gives a five-micron-thick clear transparent film which is water and moisture repellant. The soft film adheres firmly to metal surfaces and it can be handled without destroying its protective qualities. It differs from conventional rust preventives in that it does not emulsify with water or alkali solutions and can thus be used to prevent corrosion under more severe conditions of moisture, water or soda attack.

The thin film does not interfere with the subsequent assembly or with tolerances of precision equipment. Assembly can proceed without lubrication. Nevertheless, the film is easily removed with light petroleum products. The aerosol pack contains sufficient protective to cover an area of about 50 sq. ft.

The protective is also supplied as a fluid in one-gal., five-gal. and 10-gal, drums, suitable for application by brushing or mechanical spraying.

Made by: Roca! Ltd., Rocol House, Swillington, Leeds. Price: 9s. 6d, (for aerosol pack).
