A TAKE-OVER bid for Thomas ri Harrington, Ltd., was foreshddowed on Tuesday by Mr. E. G. Harrington, chairman. He said negotiations were in progress which, it was expected, would lead to an offer being made for the whole of the company's ordinary capital.
