AN agreement in principle has been reached between McNamara and Co., 'Ltd., and the British Transport Commission, which, if approved by the stockholders, will avoid the main burden of balancing charges falling on the company. A meeting of stockholders will be 'held shortly.
If they approve the agreement, the liquidator hopes to make another distribution of 4s. per stock unit. So far, 30s. per unit has been paid.
