Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Sexual harassment allegations have been made against a Southampton haulier by a woman driver who claims she was subjected to a barrage of sexual abuse from her male colleagues.

The 41-year-old woman last week told the industrial tribunal that she was nicknamed "sex bomb" after she was subjected to a serious sexual assault by a male driver outside work.

She also claimed that she was told not to use the ladies toilet, which was inside the office at the depot. She left her job in June last year and is claiming constructive dismissal due to sexual harassment.

However, colleagues denied that the woman suffered from harassment.

One driver told the tribunal: "There was a good deal of harmless banter. She is in a man's world and she is acting a bit like a man, isn't she? I don't know how you would define sexual harassment, but there was nothing like that at our depot." Another male driver accused the woman of choosing to use the male toilet and of being foul mouthed.

She was known around the yard as a moaner who was always complaining about her work," he said.

The hearing continues on 21 March; more evidence is expected before a final ruling.
