We have a large fleet of vehicles and give driving instruction to learner drivers. One of our vehicles driven by a learner and carrying a load for delivery was stopped by police. The policeman said a lorry being driven by a learner could not carry goods. Was he right ?
A No. There is no condition attached to a provisional licence that the vehicle being driven by the licence holder cannot carry a load.
