Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

journalist of the Hawk's standing has contacts in the highest places. Hence, I IDam able to show CM readers this exclusive picture of an alternative Newbury Bypass nearing completion just a few hundreds yards away from the protesters in the trees. The project, built over months in conditions of absolute secrecy, is, in fact, a tunnel through the Berkshire hills, complete with a virtual reality landscape of palmtrees and a sub-tropical climate to disorientate protesters who fall into it by accident. Of course, the news release accompanying this exclusive story is couched in somewhat coded terms, but the Hawk had no difficulty in reading between the lines. On the face of it, the story purported to describe how overland tour operator Dragoman of Stowmarket, Suffolk uses Truckmaster exhausts supplied by Woodhead, a commercial vehicle factor in Ipswich, for its adventure trips to Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. The studied ordinariness of the text gave the game away. And where in the picture are these wonderful exhausts? Remember, you heard it here first.
