• An operator who wrote to the Traffic Area surrendering his international licence before the South Eastern Licensing Authority revoked it, has had the revocation quashed.
D H and V J McKay, of Radclive, Bucks, was called to disciplinary proceedings after being convicted of excise licence offences. The company failed to attend the inquiry, and LA Brigadier Michael Turner revoked the licence, saying the firm was no longer of appropriate financial standing.
