Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANC, the Stoke-on-Trentbased next-day parcels carrier, has linked up with Seabourne Express, the Barking, Essex international carrier, to provide a European service with 48-hour door-to-door delivery.

The deal means that ANC's 64 depots will feed traffic into Seabourne's Barking trunking depot for onwards delivery to 1)enmark, France, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, West Germany, Italy, Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Most destinations will get 48-hour delivery services in the deal, according to ANC sales director Bill Douglas, who said: "We have long intended to break into the European routes and this new venture with Seabounie is a marvellous vehicle for us."
