AS A first step in containing costs it is necessary to find out the efficiency of any existing operation. A new product from Tachodisc, Pr( Guetins 29 CH 2520 La Neuveville, Switzerland can help with this.

The system monitors and records all pertinent information automatically. Ii identifies driver, vehicle and trailer; records dates, hours, minutes, and seconds; and memorises all starts, stops, rest periods and distance covered. The system has yet to be arketed in the UK. Anyone terested in it should contact rector R. Greiner at achodisc.
