THE COLT Car Companâ– is hoping to launch till 3.5-tonne GVW Mitsubish Canter chassis cab (CM January 4) at the Birminghan Motor Show in Octobe! along with a new L300 pane van and pick-up.
But according to Colt, thi Mitsubishi importers, the nem vehicles may not go on sal+ until 1987.
A question mark still hang: over how the company wil arrange its voluntary light. vehicle import quota to accommodate the extra Cantel and pick-up models.
One option would be for to reduce the number of car and 4x4s it brings into thc UK in favour of more com. mercials.
However, the company ha! not commented on its vehick import plans. Last year Coll Cars registered a record 2,30( vans.
