Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

KINGSTON upon Hull City Transport has taken delivery of its last batch of 15 Dennis Dominators before it becomes a Companies Act transport company.

The buses were bought to ensure that the new company has the resources to enable it to succeed in the new operating environment.

Three Dominators are dualpurpose semi-coach doubledeckers fitted with turbocharged Gardner 6LXCT engines. Their East Lanes bodies are fitted with 71 seats for normal duties. But an extra rear luggage access door and removable rear scats turns them into 62seat coaches with storage space for 62 cases if needed.

The remaining 12 vehicles are normal local bus specification Dominators powered by the Gardner 6LXB engine.
