Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TI IE OWNER OF a Croydon skip-hire and recycling business is facing an uncertain future after his only vehicle was stolen only six months after launching the firm.

George Young, trading as Devonport Recycling, says his insurance won't pay out for up to six weeks following the theft of the blue £30.000 Scania 18-tonner with Hyya lifting gear, at about 8pm on 22 November. The vehicle, registration Y157 BJW, was in a secure compound behind electric gates.

"The vehicle was of no consequence— it was the lifting gear they were after:says Young. "It's pretty much untraceable.

"To carry on with the customers I've hired a vehicle at £600 a week and am waiting to get an offer from the insurance company. It's just a bloody nightmare."
