• Four "business angels" who want to buy a struggling haulage firm have widened their target area.
The would-be buyers, represented by accountants Stoy Hayward in Nottingham, will now consider companies with a minimum turnover of C5m anywhere in England or Wales.
They originally said they would only be interested in companies in the Midlands (CM 4-10 August).
But only half a dozen transport companies responded; the biggest had a turnover of £1.2m.
