Channon to review the operator licensing regulations in a bid to keep out "cowboy" operators. It wants him to "be bold and to answer the justifiable public criticism of a minority of operators and their employees and to lay down clear markers for the future regulation of the industry."
The RHA says that any moves to further liberalise or deregulate our domestic licensing laws can only make the present unacceptable situation worse.
