May one ask what offenceS could have been committed by drivers in the RAC rally if Part VI of the Transport Act 1968 were applicable? It would be even more interesting to learn what additional offences could have occurred if EEC rules on drivers hours as given by Regulation (EEC) No 543/69 were applied. Dr E. J.
