Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• From January 11973, ZF operations in the UK will be controlled by one newly formed company, ZF Great Britain. This company will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Scotts of Nottingham Ltd.

Previously, Scotts has only handled the servicing of ZF units in the UK, while Harold Ludicke Engineers Ltd has dealt with the marketing of new equipment. The retirement of Harold Ludicke has prompted ZF to combine both activities within the one company. A representative of Scotts said that the company hopes to extend the servicing facilities to include the availability of service exchange, transmission and steering gear equipment.

For the present the new company will operate from the Scotts of Nottingham Ltd address, Wollaton Works, Lambourne Drive, Nottingham NG8, until the completion of new premises in the same town.
